Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed
  • Build deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities
  • Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry products and solutions
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • 6 months of cash handling experience
  • A bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
