We are looking for a full-time Medicare Program Manager to become an integral part of our organization. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong commitment to serving older adults. This position entails managing program execution, fostering innovation, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer the State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) and oversee Medicare education and counseling initiatives
- Guide and mentor a team of volunteers to effectively implement program activities
- Promote ongoing process enhancements and innovative approaches in service provision
- Collaborate with volunteers to guarantee effective program execution
- Ensure adherence to program standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in social services or a related discipline is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management within social services
- Experience working with senior populations and leading volunteer teams
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning abilities
Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time salaried role offers an annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, a retirement plan, and additional perks.
