We are seeking a highly skilled RN Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at Life Care Center of Sparta. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and direct all in-service education programs for nursing associates and other staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records of associate training and in-service education.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Assist in the evacuation of patients during emergencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing) and current licensure/registration in applicable State.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • Teaching/education experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
