Job Title: MRI Lead

At Texas Health Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled MRI Lead to join our team. As an MRI Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our MRI department, ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the MRI department, including staffing, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor and manage patient flow, ensuring that all patients are seen in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that imaging procedures are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Provide training and education to staff on new technologies, procedures, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • 2 years of experience in MRI, with a strong background in imaging procedures and patient care.
  • ARRT certification in MRI, with a strong understanding of imaging protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
