Job Title: MRI Lead

Join Texas Health Denton's Radiology team as an MRI Lead, where you will oversee daily operations and ensure the highest quality patient care.

About the Role:
  • Oversee daily operations of the MRI department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and manage staffing levels to meet patient demand.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to radiologic technologists and other team members to ensure excellent patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology or associate's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in MRI required.
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists MRI certification upon hire required.
  • CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist certification either by the TDH or TMB upon hire required.
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support certification prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
