This role is specifically within DnA, a division of SOCOTEC. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee, coordinate, and administer Special Inspection Projects in NYC. This includes budget and schedule management of various special inspection projects of diverse scope.

Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Coordinate with Dispatch to schedule inspections

* Oversee budgets for inspections

* Ensure all required inspections are completed

* Maintain a log of ongoing and incomplete work

* Collaborate with the team to generate project invoices monthly

* Attend field meetings as necessary

* Inform the Director of potential Change Orders

* Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
