Industrial Services Team Lead

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an experienced Industrial Services Supervisor to join their team.
Job Summary:The Industrial Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of industrial cleaning services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Instructs, provides feedback, and directs crew members in the performance of job duties to complete work in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
- Schedules jobs and crews, dispatches crews based on calls received, and acts as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
- Ensures all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting job, inspects equipment and general work area, and corrects deficiencies that may cause accidents or injuries.
- Informs clients regarding job status and client requirements, performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment, and completes all appropriate paperwork.
- Trains technicians and operators on-the-job in equipment operation, service line processes, and necessary paperwork, and operates all necessary equipment in service line in accordance with operation training and safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license, CDL with endorsements, and TWIC card required.
- Minimum 3 plus years of experience within the industrial cleaning industry, prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management, strong knowledge in operating equipment used in service line, and ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal.
