Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming goods for damage or defects, and verify quantities against purchase orders.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and update inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to receipt and processing of goods.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient receipt of goods.
  • Quality Control: Identify and report any quality control issues or discrepancies to the relevant teams.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a receiving or warehouse environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
