Renal Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a group of patients, conducting observations, measuring vital signs, and setting up dialysis machines with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
- This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting.
- Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that supports and relies on each other.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of dialysis experience required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
