Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Community Health Network. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients with renal needs.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse will work closely with our hemodialysis team to provide care to patients who require dialysis. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to ensure success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide individualized care to patients with renal needs.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  4. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • Acute care experience preferred, but willing to consider new grads.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $ $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
