Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Community Health Network. As a Renal Patient Care Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced acuity adaptability unit designed to care for renal specific M/S & PCU level patients.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse will work closely with our hemodialysis team to administer dialysis to patients who require it. You will also receive PCU level training and become ACLS certified. This is an ideal opportunity for learning and growing in your nursing skills.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of Community Health Network.
  • Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • Acute care experience preferred, but willing to consider new grads.
  • Excellent communication and team skills.
  • Compassionate and caring.
  • Accountable and self-directed.
