The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients by utilizing their expertise in flexibility training. Their main goal will be to help patients improve their range of motion, reduce pain, and prevent injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' flexibility levels and identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their specific needs and goals.
  • Provide hands-on flexibility training to patients, utilizing a variety of techniques and equipment.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • Certification in a relevant field such as Yoga, Pilates, or Personal Training.
  • Experience working with patients in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with athletes or dancers.
  • Experience with injury prevention and rehabilitation.
  • Experience with manual therapy techniques.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
