Food Preparation:
  • Prepare Hot Choice Buffet selections according to Golden Corral's established recipes.
  • Grill menu items to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks.
  • Guarantee that fried offerings are consistently fresh and served hot.
  • Restock items as necessary to maintain service levels.
  • Assist patrons with carved meat selections.
  • Utilize the buffet production system to uphold quality assurance.
Operational Standards:
  • Maintain appropriate product temperatures throughout service.
  • Adhere to production guidelines for effective inventory management.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks as outlined.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Implement FIFO method for food rotation.
  • Conduct inventory assessments in collaboration with management.
Sanitation:
  • Keep your workspace organized and clean.
  • Ensure all dishes are sanitized before use.
  • Comply with health department regulations at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment.
Customer Interaction:
  • Serve guests with hot and freshly prepared items.
  • Follow designated responsibilities for prompt service delivery.
  • Exhibit friendliness and courtesy towards guests.
  • Maintain professional communication standards.
