We are seeking passionate culinary professionals to enhance our dining experience at Golden Corral. As a Culinary Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to prepare a variety of high-quality Hot Choice Buffet offerings. Your emphasis will be on efficiency, hygiene, and adhering to product standards.

Food Preparation Responsibilities:
  • Craft Hot Choice Buffet selections in accordance with Golden Corral recipes.
  • Grill menu items to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks.
  • Guarantee that fried dishes are served fresh and at optimal temperatures.
  • Restock food items as necessary.
  • Assist patrons with carved meat selections.
  • Utilize the buffet production system to maintain quality assurance.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper food temperatures are consistently maintained.
  • Adhere to production guidelines for effective inventory management.
  • Execute opening and closing tasks as outlined.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment in accordance with operational manuals.
  • Implement FIFO method for food rotation.
  • Conduct inventory assessments in collaboration with management.
Sanitation Standards:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all dishes are sanitized prior to use.
  • Comply with health department regulations.
  • Keep all equipment clean and properly sanitized.
Customer Service Excellence:
  • Deliver hot and fresh food items to guests.
  • Fulfill position responsibilities to ensure timely service.
  • Exhibit friendliness and courtesy towards guests.
  • Maintain professional communication at all times.
