Job Summary:

American Traveler is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a travel assignment in Olympia, Washington. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals to interpret.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results

Requirements:

  • Current professional license as required by the state
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions
