Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Test Valves: Identify issues and determine necessary repairs to ensure optimal valve performance.
- Disassemble, Clean, and Reassemble Valves: Perform routine maintenance and repairs to valves and related equipment.
- Replace Faulty Valves, Gaskets, and Seals: Ensure seamless valve operation by replacing worn-out or damaged components.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain valves and related equipment to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards: Maintain accurate records of work performed and adhere to industry regulations.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Occasional Travel: Once permanent, there's the opportunity for occasional travel to nearby locations to support our client's operations.

- Experience Working with Gaskets and Proficiency in Machine Operations: Familiarity with gasket materials and machine operations is essential for this role.
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude and Problem-Solving Skills: A strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Knowledge of Valve Repair Techniques and Tools: Familiarity with industry-standard valve repair techniques and tools is required.
- Ability to Read and Interpret Technical Manuals and Diagrams: Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills to interpret technical documentation.
- Ability to Thrive in a Hot Environment and Work Efficiently in Confined Spaces: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate confined spaces safely.
