The Role

We're seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Barley Mill Infusion Center in Greenville, DE. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you'll work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer infusions or injections following prescribed protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments, with proficiency in dosage calculations.
  • Ensure patient care is documented in the Electronic Health Record.
  • Maintain a clean and disinfected environment after each patient use.
  • Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies.
  • Provide patient and family education on disease processes and treatment side effects.
  • Collaborate closely with referring providers for prior authorizations and sharing clinical notes.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • BLS Provider certification, credentialed through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • PALS Provider certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), strongly preferred, credentialed from the AHA.
