Primary Duties:
- Set up dining arrangements and workstations as instructed by culinary professionals.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of cooking classes and events.
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and studio during and after events.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils.
- Maintain organized kitchen areas.
- Clean surfaces, floors, and cabinets following events.
- Manage waste disposal processes.
- Receive, store, and distribute supplies within the workspace.
- Help with loading and unloading deliveries of food and supplies.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Resident Chef.
- At least 1 year of experience in dishwashing is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.
- Energetic individual with a proactive approach.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is essential.
- Capability to remain stationary for long periods and operate kitchen equipment.
- Able to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Evening and weekend event schedules are expected.
