About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trial Attorney to join our team at Plymouth Rock Assurance. As a key member of our staff counsel office, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of personal injury litigation from initial referral to trial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze lawsuits and prepare necessary answers and responsive pleadings.
  • Communicate with clients to help them understand the lawsuit process and secure their cooperation in defending them.
  • Conduct depositions and attend court conferences, arbitrations, motions, and trials.
  • Participate as trial and/or appellate attorney.
  • Provide legal research and direction to Claims on cases.
  • Provide legal advice and direction to Claims on cases.
  • Subrogation and PIP recovery experience a plus.
Requirements
  • Fully licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
  • New York or Pennsylvania Bar Admission a plus but not required.
