We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Grassroots Engagement Director in Albuquerque. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and engaging grassroots leaders to drive policy reforms that benefit all Americans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a community of volunteers to engage in voter-contact activities, including phone banking, door-to-door canvassing, and online activism.
  • Work with community leaders to educate the public on critical policy issues and legislation.
  • Be the brand ambassador and local face for our organization in your community.
  • Plan, promote, and execute large public-facing events.
Requirements:
  • A deep belief in people-empowering, bottom-up, public policy solutions that limit the coercive nature of government and empower individuals to pursue their American Dream.
  • Leadership skills, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort and confidence working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to travel at least 25% of the time and a valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, as well as a deep knowledge base on the issues facing the Latino communities in Albuquerque.
