Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Lead Cardiology Unit Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the nursing care for all patients in the cardiology unit during your shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Care Management: Manage the nursing care for all patients in the cardiology unit during your shift, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to all nurses in the unit and coordinate with physicians who may need assistance, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Patient Monitoring: Recognize changes in patients' condition and respond appropriately, taking prompt action to address any concerns.
  • Nursing Aide Supervision: Supervise Nursing Aides as they complete their assigned tasks, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Risk Management: Detect any issues that could result in injuries or other difficulties for patients or staff members, taking proactive steps to mitigate risks.
  • Communication: Inform physicians of any changes in patients' progress, condition, or medicinal needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Estimated Salary Range:

$63,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
