Job Overview

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, PC is a leading medical organization dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiology care. With over 35 locations throughout the Philadelphia area, our team of experts provides comprehensive services to patients in need.

We are currently seeking a skilled Nuclear Operations Manager to oversee nuclear clinical operations across our practice. This leadership role requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to travel to all 35 offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily nuclear operations, ensuring efficient staffing and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain the monthly nuclear schedule, guaranteeing proper resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and ACR certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on equipment installation and site readiness.
  • Work as a scanning technologist to cover departmental needs.
  • Assist in the interview process and initial onboarding/training of new technologists.
  • Contribute to clinical evaluations and policy development.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Radiology/Nuclear Medicine; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • CPR Certification and basic computer application skills.
  • ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification for PET services.

Compensation
