As a full-time Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in generating financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients. Building strong relationships with our management company clients will be essential as you provide insights and clarity regarding their financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare journal entries in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Generate monthly financial reports for client review
  • Address client inquiries related to accounting
  • Input year-end audit entries accurately
  • Support annual audits and reviews
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients into our accounting software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Capability to meet deadlines consistently
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work for extended periods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

*Candidates must successfully complete a background check and a personal credit assessment during the final interview stages.

Compensation and Benefits

Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000, based on prior accounting experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes:
