Job Title: Forward Deployed Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forward Deployed Software Engineer to join our team at Palantir Technologies. As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions to address our customers' greatest pain points.

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a talented team of engineers and product managers. You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions to address customers' pain points
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand and solve complex problems
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using a range of technologies
  • Work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Travel within country as needed
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility and willingness to obtain SCI
  • Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
  • Experience with logistics, materiel, sustainment, aviation, or readiness analysis is a plus
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
  • Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar

  • Estimated salary range: $135,000 - $200,000/year
  • Total compensation may include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives
