Job Title: Marketing Assistant/Intake Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our growing home care team as a Marketing Assistant/Intake Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between those in need and our essential home care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and receive intake information for potential consumers
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Home Care process and supporting resources
  • Facilitate the intake process, assisting in the application process for caregivers and collecting supporting documentation
  • Conduct calls to Maximus to submit clients for services and follow clients through the approval/denial process
  • Assist marketers with events and manage various reports and spreadsheets
Requirements:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred or combination of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Assistant or Intake support role, Human Resources experience in home care preferred
  • Demonstrated capability maintaining strict confidentiality with employee information
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization
  • Strong typing and computer application skills, computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft programs required
