The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis, with experience in performing structural design and construction administration responsibilities for major projects involving upgrades to wastewater, water, and reclaimed water treatment plants.
Key Responsibilities- Perform structural design and analysis of environmental structures using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.
- Lead the structural design and construction administration responsibilities for major projects, ensuring compliance with governing building codes and design standards.
- Conduct construction management tasks, including shop drawing reviews and field inspections.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-discipline teams to deliver high-quality projects.
- 6-12 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural concentration from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license and a Structural Engineering (SE) license preferred, or the ability to obtain such in the State of California, Oregon, or Washington.
- Experience in design and construction of reinforced concrete, steel, reinforced masonry, and structural structures.
- Experience with water and wastewater systems preferred.
