La Lomita is seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our stores.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clean and maintain designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
- Maintain and repair lighting systems, including cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
- Monitor and coordinate control panels and thermostats to maintain standard working temperatures.
- Perform periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure they meet standards.
- Clean and maintain inside and outside of the store, including trash cans.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
