We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Operations Manager for our Global Service Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage system and business integrations, acquisitions, continuous improvement, and change management to drive increased customer experience and service revenue.
  • Implement harmonization of service contract sales systems and business processes across divisions, promoting positive customer experiences and driving service revenue.
  • Collaborate with Finance and service management to improve sales and revenue recognition processes.
  • Identify and close process and revenue gaps, ensuring contract compliance and service delivery.
  • Lead operationalizing service offerings, manage development plans, succession planning, and demonstrate leadership through increasing employee engagement.
  • Drive team engagement and improvement by setting and achieving goals and milestones contributing to the organization's success.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs and reporting to increase revenue, attachment rates, TM revenue, efficiencies, system and process improvements, and compliance.

  • Demonstrated team leadership experience and capability to coach and mentor others.
  • Superior communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Willingness to take initiative and make decisions with no instruction.
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and ERP and SalesForce.com expertise required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $102,000 - $170,000, based on a base salary and commission plan combination.
