As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate and not-for-profit clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering value-added solutions to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit commercial clients and aggressively seek new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross-selling efforts.
  • Obtain and maintain COIs and attend various networking events in the assigned geographic area.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial market.
  • Generate a wide variety of commercial and real estate loans, with a focus on loans in the $1 million to $10 million range.
  • Cross-sell and promote additional banking products to contribute to deposit growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Formal credit training and/or underwriting knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum of seven years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales, loan processing, and closing processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including C&I and owner-occupied and investment commercial real estate loans.
  • Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
Work Environment

Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
