We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Coordination Specialist to join our team in Mansfield, TX. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client services within our home care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client schedules and fill-in shifts as needed
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and family members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver records
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, on-call, filing, and other duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers, patients, and their families

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in medical administrative support or a related field
  • Proficiency in office operations, particularly in a home care setting
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for advancement and a referral program. The schedule includes Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends and on-call rotations.
