Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Clinical Coordinator. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care, while also supporting the development of clinical policies and procedures. As a Nursing Clinical Coordinator, you will assume a leadership role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations on your assigned unit, and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating expertise and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Serve as a resource for staff members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address these opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a leadership or educational role.
  • Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Texas; national certification in a specialty area (e.g., CCRN, CNL) a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
