  • Engage with business stakeholders to collect and assess requirements for system upgrades and changes.
  • Develop, test, and deploy system configurations and workflows aimed at refining business operations.
  • Perform regular system evaluations to guarantee data accuracy and adherence to both internal and external standards.
  • Deliver technical assistance and training to users, addressing issues and resolving inquiries related to the system.
  • Work alongside IT and development teams to connect Acumatica with other enterprise systems and external applications.
  • Track system performance and create reports to provide insights into system utilization and improvement opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of Acumatica updates, features, and best practices, offering suggestions for system advancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Acumatica Systems Administrator or Analyst, with a solid grasp of Acumatica modules and capabilities.
  • Expertise in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Crystal Reports).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of converting business needs into technical solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of business processes in finance, distribution, manufacturing, or project management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Acumatica customization and integration techniques is preferred.
