Security Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
About the Role:
- Perform routine and emergency service calls to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment
- Provide excellent customer support and instruction on system operation and functionality
- Maintain accurate records of service and hours worked
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient execution of tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial security systems servicing
- Proficiency in Edwards, Lenel, and Honeywell burglar alarm panels preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
