Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine and emergency service calls to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment
  • Provide excellent customer support and instruction on system operation and functionality
  • Maintain accurate records of service and hours worked
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient execution of tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial security systems servicing
  • Proficiency in Edwards, Lenel, and Honeywell burglar alarm panels preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
