Technical Desktop Support Specialist

A3 Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to end-users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
About the RoleThis 3-month assignment offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing desktop and network support to employees. Your expertise in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite will enable you to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
You will also assist Corporate Desk Side Support technicians with large-scale imaging and repairs, as well as set up, configure, and add all necessary hardware.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Assist with large-scale imaging and repairs, including IMAC's.
- Set up, configure, and add all necessary hardware.
- Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
