Position Summary
The Real Property Equipment Assessment Specialist will be responsible for identifying various types of equipment and evaluating their operational status. This role involves assisting in the collection of essential data for effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inventories of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across designated facilities.
- Enter collected inventory data into specified software and ensure its integration into the client's database.
- Analyze as-built drawings to confirm and validate inventory details.
- Maintain a solid understanding of real property systems to accurately assess and confirm existing equipment.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to establish uniform Quality Control procedures.
- Deliver regular reports to the client regarding the status of equipment inventory, highlighting updates and discrepancies.
- Execute additional job-related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in identifying various types of equipment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints to locate equipment accurately.
- Capable of navigating diverse environments, including walking, standing, and crawling.
- Competent in understanding and utilizing spreadsheets.
- Adept at recognizing different types of building equipment across multiple trades.
Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Education and Certifications
Required:
- High School Diploma.

J & J Worldwide Services is excited to present this opportunity. The salary range for this position is $39,000 to $65,000, with potential eligibility for a variety of competitive benefits, including medical, financial planning, and short-term incentives.
