Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a Nurse Practitioner-Inflammatory Bowel Disease, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting comprehensive health assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with inflammatory bowel disease
- Provide high-quality patient care, including medication management, wound care, and education
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of gastroenterology and inflammatory bowel disease
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of New York
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty
- Experience working with patients with inflammatory bowel disease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
