Job Summary

The Line Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of their assigned production line, ensuring attainment of safety, quality, people, service, and cost targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Direct line core teams to deliver safety, quality, people, service, and cost targets, driving yield waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Capacity Planning: Translate business and factory targets into actionable line objectives, deploying them to the team and leading capacity planning for assets under control.
  • Team Development: Develop and document professional growth plans for team members, develop and execute training plans for team, and manage costs to budget, focusing on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Participate in production planning and recruitment, focusing on team development, resolve team issues promptly per CBA/Kerry policies, and implement and improve the Tier cycle for daily management and reporting.
  • Performance Improvement: Develop and execute OEE Building Block strategy that drives sustainable performance, ensure line alignment with 1KPS and established processes, and resolve issues promptly and demonstrate servant leadership.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering degree highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience, ideally within a food/beverage manufacturing environment, with 5 of those years at a supervisor/leadership role.
  • Skills: Experience with TPM and lean systems, Microsoft Office skills, and SAP.
  • Leadership: Leadership, communication, and organization skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Compensation

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually, based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
