Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Team Lead to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, leading a team of associates, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide outstanding member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting them with purchasing decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Business Results: Drive business results by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve member satisfaction.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly wage range of $19.00 to $27.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
