Talent Development Associate is a key role at Sustainable Talent Limited Liability Company, where we're committed to becoming the world's most trusted mobility company. We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Development Associate.

As a Talent Development Associate, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans to meet business needs. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them. Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in talent development or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment technologies (CRM/ATS) and career center postings is required, as well as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
