This role is a key leadership position within our brewery operations management team, reporting directly to our Head of Production and Quality. The primary goal is to ensure the smooth management of all packaging operations, working closely with brewery operations leadership in day-to-day operations.

We are a family brewery that has been brewing from the glass backwards since 2012, designing each beer with intention and unbound by constraints. We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, with two brewhouses, two tasting rooms, and two private event spaces, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading packaging operations, being an on-the-floor resource to help accomplish production when needed, training staff on SOPs, and maintaining accountability for the completion of these procedures. They will also be a troubleshooting resource for packaging tasks and equipment, coordinating with other production managers to build, guide, and execute planning.

We are looking for someone with strong people management skills and leadership experience, with a proven track record of helping elevate their team. An interest in the beer industry, including a strong knowledge of Reuben's, is essential. Additionally, they should have an understanding of ERP systems, the ability to process data in them, and a proven track record of making things happen.
