Powder Coater

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at LayerZero Power Systems Inc. in Aurora, Ohio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

• Operate automated powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal surfaces
• Load and unload parts from overhead conveyers, ensuring efficient production
• Monitor and maintain wash/coating system tank concentrations and pH levels
• Perform quality checks on finished parts, ensuring adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing coatings accurately
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or transferable manufacturing experience
• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow direction
