Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paint Prep Operations Helper to join our team in Aurora, CO.

The ideal candidate will have experience with paint prep ops or a similar skillset in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and mask parts for paint and powder coating, hang parts on racks, inspect products, maintain equipment and tools, and load and unload parts using a forklift (if applicable)
  • Lift and move up to 50 pounds of materials safely and efficiently
  • Pass a background check and drug test (marijuana included)
Requirements
  • Reliable and organized
  • Interested in a career in industrial painting
  • Experience with paint prep ops or a similar skillset in an industrial setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with painting or powder coating in a production environment

***Compensation is dependent on skillset and experience in the field.
