Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Property Managers should be prepared to navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of their time outdoors, which includes climbing stairs and opening large doors.
  • Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and mopping interior spaces, while ensuring exterior grounds are tidy and free from debris.
