About the Role:The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and advancing nursing knowledge.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
