Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families on health management and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS certification.
- At least one year of experience as a Float Pool RN or in a similar role.
- National certification in a relevant specialty.
