Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care. You will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Current LPN licensure in the state of South Carolina or a compact state
- At least one year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
