Estimated Salary:$56,000 - $62,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills in areas such as infection control, fall prevention, and basic life support

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of South Carolina or compact state
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
