Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage plumbing projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise a crew of 1-6 plumbers, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote company morale.
- Organize and manage material orders and inventory.
- Read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges on the job site.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained.
Qualifications:
