Position Summary:

The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive is tasked with achieving and surpassing sales targets within a designated geographic area. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), showcasing software solutions to potential clients, presenting pricing strategies, and finalizing contracts with new clients. You will oversee the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for your client portfolio and territory, while promoting enterprise solutions and new technologies to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed 100% of sales targets by marketing the Intelerad suite of products and solutions to new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Develop a strategic territory plan and manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring comprehensive coverage and penetration.
  • Implement a proactive cold calling strategy, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals effectively within the assigned geography.
  • Create, execute, and regularly update an annual business plan to support quota attainment.
  • Maintain a balanced sales funnel and an accurate profile of potential clients.
  • Acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of IT, Intelerad, and competitive offerings.
  • Establish and nurture consultative sales relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within client organizations.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue for the assigned territory.
  • Offer continuous feedback to sales management regarding the territory landscape.
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented sales environment alongside other specialists.
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in account management.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly grasp medical imaging concepts.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to engage and establish rapport with internal stakeholders and other personnel.
  • This role may require up to 25% travel within North America.
