Pediatric Communication Specialist – $5,000 Sign-On Incentive

Full-time Position


As a Pediatric Communication Specialist at MGA Homecare, you will have the chance to work with a diverse group of children facing challenges in speech, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing.

Compensation is based on experience, duration of service, and patient load.


The lower end of the salary range reflects entry-level positions, typically starting at standard rates, achieving full-time status at 20 patient visits per week.

The upper end represents highly proficient and experienced clinicians exceeding the minimum requirement of 20 visits weekly.

Opportunities for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles.

As an MGA Pediatric Communication Specialist, you can anticipate:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert speech therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (ages birth to 21).

Assess, design, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on patient requirements.

Guide and educate patients and their families.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and review goals for each patient.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program

Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)

CPR Certification

Valid driver's license and insurance.
